Get Fit 2014!

January is almost over and we're sure there are a lot of people who have set goals to get in shape for 2014 but have fell off the wagon. Don't fret, it's never too late to get back on track! Now some of us have a hard time making it to the gym. Some of us can get to the gym but we're not sure what to do when we get there and most of us can't afford a trainer. But NOT TO WORRY.... We've created the Get Fit 2014 series to help you along your fitness journey! Here you can find various workout plans and circuits that encompass cardiovascular training, weight training, body sculpting and fat blasting workouts as well as healthy eating options to maximize your progress toward your fitness goals. 

In our first installment, we have included an arm toning circuit. Start with 10 reps of each exercise and repeat the entire circuit twice. Increase to 15 reps per exercise and once you've mastered that, gradually increase resistance by upping the weight of your dumbbells.
