We've created the Get Fit 2014 series to help you along your fitness journey! Here you can find various workout plans and circuits that encompass cardiovascular training, weight training, body sculpting and fat blasting workouts as well as healthy eating options to maximize your progress toward your fitness goals.
In our first installment, we have included an arm toning circuit. Start with 10 reps of each exercise and repeat the entire circuit twice. Increase to 15 reps per exercise and once you've mastered that, gradually increase resistance by upping the weight of your dumbbells.
