Should We All Be Feminists?

So it's been about a week since Queen Bey shocked the world with the surprise release of her self-titled, 5th studio album Beyoncé. Now that we've had a little time to sit with and digest the visual album, I'd like to address one of my favorite tracks, Flawless.
The track integrates the previously released Bow Down with new, aggressively empowering lyrics as well as snippets from a talk given by esteemed  Nigerian novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I have included a link to the full talk below for anyone who is interested and hasn't already heard it.(Interestingly enough she is wearing pants during her talk ;) )

Beyoncé is known for being an advocate for female equality and empowerment and when Bow Down was released earlier this year, she received a lot of criticism for being a hypocrite and going against the positive persona she has put forth for so long. So now, with the final cut of the track being released, has the incorporation of this controversial song with Adichie's feminist message changedmeaning? In general, what  do you think about Adichie's ideals and observations? Do you agree fully or partially? Does it encourage too much deviation from traditional gender roles? Does this change your idea of what "Feminist" means? Was this simply Bey's attempt to soften the blow of the original track? Please share your opinions on the song and the talk, and yes, men are welcome!
